I m so lonely working here. Cannot talk to colleagues, cannot simply leave my work place and lunch time got to go alone. SO SO SO SIEN !
Got such a restriction is okay if you got some colleague willing to be friend with you BUT dxxn it!
What a company even all the colleagues oso not really talking to each other and like everyone is hoping you to die. No friendship and no co-ordination. I feel very bad working in such a environment! Actually not much of us...only 5 nia exclude the 2 indonesian worker. WHY got such a company and got such ppl can work here.
No wonder all the staffs gone. This batch of staff can consider new coz 3 of them work for 1 yr and the longest 1 - the fxxcking lady oso 3 yrs + nia. When the time i came in my boss still tell me she works very long and is a comitted staff.... cheh! 3 yrs nia....dat call long??? maybe for their record is YES!
3 more months to go. I hope i can tahan till CNY but everyday i feel like dying how to stand??? Somemore next month is my confirmation liao... even i tender my letter oso got to give 1 mth notice.................. HOW ??? 4 mths ler...... i will die or go crazy or maybe "bian tai" ... :(
Why "bian tai" ler? Cos when i go lunch alone i felt jealous when i see ppl got a group of ppl eat together and talking and laughing....... so SSSSSIENNNN ar!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Fren, same common state as me resulted I'm now enjoying my break away from my ex-company since 21/11 clearing off my 2 weeks leaves which I've tahan for 9 freak months..China man boss but international company..Of course i left once i got my bonuses fast..
Will hunt for interested liner next week. Hopefully, can get in wat I wanna eyed for..
then u r so lucky still hav bonus. Can relax n find job slowly. Me if got bonus oso got to wait till CNY. Dunno got o not somemore. Y difficult to survive in china man company ler as we r oso chinese...wondering???

I dunno y. Just dun like it. Always out lunch, if the boss wanna tagged a long will keep asking FREE lunch from me so wait long long la. LAst day oso kept asking so still wait long long..
New staffs or staff last day must give treat so wait on lo.

Staffs wise...gossip until toilet can be heard since the wall is not make of bricks.. outside ofis.
Not my kind of noise pollution enviorment so tahan till grab the $ n hell off fast n furious..
pisang:can talk bout work but kenot chat cos they r too suspecious n afraid staff talk about they bad things. so who chat will kena marah. but they r so clever as arrange everyone is doing own part no need to talk wif each other la.

Same la. Minor talk with the colleague can be heard & will brought up in the meeting.
So when talk, must use my own ethic codes to talk like James Bond 007.
U make minor mistake in work, the lau yee senior in the dept will copy the big boss n copy the rest of d low level staffs. Many time oledi so I felt not happy/secured so hell off better despites pay ok with long hour working.
Sometime when u dunno u'll ask, right ? There, ask oso kena scolded. Never ask oso scolded. So, wat shall i do ? Bo pien get help from other branches or countries to assist if I knew. If I tried to be smart, liao lo kena grilled for nothing.
Then, when got top secret issue..the lau yee will grab those closed staffs to enter conference room without me so bo pien but luckliy i knew those left the companies told me the same fate as wat the gone thru so I never have a happy working. As long pay ok cum happy working will do. Dun expect for more.
