My first time cooking tom yam. Can see at the picture, all bought from carrefour. A very convenient prepack tom yam ingredients (come with tomatoes, cili, serai, limau, daun limau and etc) " i dun even know what there call... :) and a pack of maggie tomyam sup cube, small corns, mushrooms...
.... yeah... and sardin fish. ( i also dunno what fish to buy and consult my maid thru phone ).
Actually is 4 fishes but 2 are still been wash by my maid..
Dang dang dang dang.... my tom yam soup is ready... hmm... how it taste ler...
first time ok la... (hihihi)
a bit salty... not enough hot.. (i din put all the cili in coz afraid too hot i cannot stand)
am sure will get improve next time... i already think of want to cook seafood tom yam meehoon. see when i got the mood again lo..
